Use of the osb99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of osb99 is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. osb99 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify osb99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one osb99 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly forbidden. Where duplicate accounts are identified, osb99 will close all but the earliest verified account and may confiscate balances associated with the additional accounts.
3.4 KYC Verification. osb99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a condition of processing withdrawals and, in some circumstances, accessing certain game categories or bonus promotions. You may be required to submit a government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. 3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your osb99 account at any time by contacting our support team. 4.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and your account being flagged for review. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to fund the account, and that is registered under the same name as the osb99 account. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. osb99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request, particularly those exceeding Rp 10.000.000.
4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside of banking hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are generally processed within 5 minutes at all times.
4.5 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal. Where a Player has accepted a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying rollover requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
4.6 Suspicious Transactions. osb99 operates under anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that suggests money laundering, abuse of the payment system, or exploitation of bonuses without genuine wagering intent will be investigated. osb99 reserves the right to freeze account balances and request source-of-funds documentation pending investigation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The standard rollover multiplier and the list of eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward rollover completion.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Each bonus promotion is available to one eligible account per household, per IP address, and per device. Where osb99 determines that multiple accounts have been created to claim bonuses more than once, all associated accounts will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.

These promotions have fixed availability windows and osb99 is not obligated to extend or reinstate them once they expire.
5.6 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonus offers expire as stated in their individual terms. Bonus funds credited to an account that remain unused and do not meet rollover requirements within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account without notice.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the osb99 sportsbook and all wagers in casino games, Keno, Live Dragon Tiger, and slot games are final once confirmed by the system. osb99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed.
6.2 Sportsbook Rules. Sportsbook bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as published in the osb99 sportsbook rules section. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, osb99 will refer to official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for Indonesian football, FIFA for international fixtures, BWF for badminton). BRI Liga 1 matches abandoned before the 75th minute will be settled as void unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Live Casino Rules. Live casino games are hosted and managed by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and SA Gaming. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, the studio's decision on settlement shall be final.

13.1 Governing Law.
